They came on the day that they promised , and the workers were neat and clean on the job.I had siding installed on the garage 1 year before by another company of which the fascia has some wrinkles. They would not come out to repair it. The owner of Elite said he would take care of the repair and he did. I would definitely recommend Elite Exteriors. Great people to deal with...

The cedar siding edges near the ground at our home had deteriorated over. I was worried we would have to replace sections of siding.
Elite came up with an excellent long term solution that I am very pleased with. Their technicians were proficient and courteous.
At the end of the project I was given a 5 year warranty on the work (unexpected).

We had a steep-pitched roof and gutters replaced at one of our investment properties. One face of the roof and gutter was a real challenge due to proximity to the neighbor's home. While another contractor was going to just add a second layer of shingles over the one existing layer, Miko noted that the roof sheeting underneath was too thin for the rafter spacing, causing the roof surface to be wavy. Elite replaced the sheeting with the correct thickness, put new architectural shingles, and replaced the gutters at a very competitive price compared to the other contractor. The job was done very quickly, in spite of the very hot weather. Clean-up of the property was excellent, and the roof looks great! Excellent job, Elite...
