Although we still have some unfinished business together, soo far they have been stellar to work with.

Seamless process with my insurance company and very knowledgeable and professional with their process.

No offense to them, (for obvious reasons) I hope to never have to work with them again, but if I ever need the assistance of a public adjuster in the future, they will be my only call.

Elite adjusting was fabulous.  They handled all contact with the insurance company.  They were very effective in getting a full roof replacement including two skylights, aluminum trim and window wraps, as well as a double garage door replacement.  The whole experience was stress free and timely.  Highly recommend them.  I could never have gotten the insurance company to be as fair if I tried to do it myself.  I then used Elite exteriors, a sister company, to do the work.  Very satisfied with them as well...
