Alex from DuPage Adjusters was such a pleasure to work with.  He advocated for us when our insurance denied our hail damage claim for a roof replacement and got it done for us.  He was professional,  personable, and communicative throughout the entire process. We felt confident that we were in good hands from start to finish.  The roofing crew was phenomenal and the owner Kyle stopped by to ensure the work was being done properly.  Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reputable company to get the job done!...

I was wondering what kind of damage I had on my roof through the couple of strong hail we had this year. I had the roof inspected by Paul who gave me some valuable professional information on how it should be treated and suggestions on working with guidelines of the insurance. I learned a lot and what to expect and knowledge the homeowners should know.  Paul did a great job on sharing the knowledge for my questions and would definitely call him back whenever I have issues with my roof or siding....

Outstanding service and highly recommended!
We are extremely grateful to Jason Going, our Public Adjuster, and Ben Risden from DuPage Adjusters for all their hard work and dedication in helping us receive the insurance claim we rightfully deserved.
This was not an easy process. Despite having actual hail and storm damage to our roof, our insurance company made the claim process very difficult and challenging. Jason and Ben were persistent, professional, and determined throughout the entire process. They never gave up and continued to advocate for us until the matter was properly addressed.
What we appreciated most was their excellent communication and commitment. They consistently kept us updated, explained the process clearly, and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way.

Worked with Jason Goings.He knew his stuff. His recommendations on roofing and materials was spot on. Most important to us was him dealing with the insurance company and adjusters.He fought for us and made the project stress free. The installation crew removed the damaged roof and had the new roof all installed while I was at work.Came home to a beautiful new roof. The gutter installers replaced all the gutters and downspouts very quickly and efficiently as well. Highly recommend Jason and Dupage Construction....
