Alex from DuPage Adjusters was such a pleasure to work with.  He advocated for us when our insurance denied our hail damage claim for a roof replacement and got it done for us.  He was professional,  personable, and communicative throughout the entire process. We felt confident that we were in good hands from start to finish.  The roofing crew was phenomenal and the owner Kyle stopped by to ensure the work was being done properly.  Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reputable company to get the job done...

I had the pleasure of working with DuPage Adjusters after a major hailstorm in March 2026, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Our adjuster, Paul, did an outstanding job working directly with our insurance company to ensure we received fair and complete compensation for the storm damage.

Throughout the entire process, Paul took the time to explain each step clearly, communicate proactively, and set realistic expectations so there were no surprises along the way. Navigating insurance claims can be stressful, but his knowledge, professionalism, and advocacy made the experience smooth and manageable.  The did a great job cleaning up and were done in 1.5 days for a fairly good size roof.

I highly recommend DuPage Adjusters to anyone dealing with storm or hail damage and looking for a team that will guide them through the process and represent their interests effectively...

We recently had a new roof and gutter replacement project completed using Dupage Adjusters and Construction. Paul Larson was our adjuster and was outstanding! He worked with our insurance company, determined hail damage to be the cause and his communication with us from beginning to end was excellent. Roofing and gutter teams finished the projects quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Paul and company...
