I choose Window World of Joliet to install a replace our 29-year-old slider door. What a remarkable and high-quality experience. Zack came to our home and provided ys with all the information that my wife and I needed to make a decision. Zack was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of out questions. A week later the install team came out and installed the new door. They were friendly and efficient. The care and craftsmanship they displayed in the installation process was second to none. Being a 29-year-old production home in a subdivision, you can imagine there were issues like the opening not as square as it should be. The install team handled them all and I have a better more secure door than before. I highly recommend Window World of Joliet. You won’t be disappointed...

Great experience from start to finish. We have had two different issues with the sliding panel of the new patio door. Each time they have ordered/installed the new one to correct issues. We have been happy from sales to install and the door looks great inside and out. The blinds in the door are the best part, and we no longer have to fight a curtain or vertical blinds to let the dogs and kids out...

Zach, one if their salesmen, came out to talk to us about their windows. We were not going to make a decision that day but after hearing about their windows, we decided to go ahead use them. He was not pushy at all! He was getting ready to leave when we asked him to stay so we could go ahead with our purchase. The following week a man came and measured all our windows and 3 weeks later they were installed. The installation crew was amazing. They took out our 9 windows and installed our new windows in just a few hours. They were careful not to make a mess inside or outside our home, even working around my flower beds. The windows are beautiful! We are so thankful that we used Window World! Everyone we dealt with was very professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting a new window...
