"I worked with a delightful person name Ruben, who came to my home to address some concerns about some water damage on my ceiling. I liked the infrared system he used to be able to see any issues or nonissues in my ceiling, and he did a thorough inspection of my roof. There was an issue with a small section of my roof and tin vent. Ruben fixed the issue, addressed all my questions, and made sure to use quality products (an iron vent instead of a cheap tin is one example). I will definitely use his service and expertise in the future. Ruben was more concerned about the quality of his work and that it was done to my satisfaction than payment.
