"I worked with a delightful person name Ruben, who came to my home to address some concerns about some water damage on my ceiling. I liked the infrared system he used to be able to see any issues or nonissues in my ceiling, and he did a thorough inspection of my roof. There was an issue with a small section of my roof and tin vent. Ruben fixed the issue, addressed all my questions, and made sure to use quality products (an iron vent instead of a cheap tin is one example). I will definitely use his service and expertise in the future. Ruben was more concerned about the quality of his work and that it was done to my satisfaction than payment. "Sam came by, as he was in the area, to see if we wanted him to check our roof for damage. He checked it and said there was hail damage and offered to put a claim in with our insurance. I asked him if they do siding and windows and was told they do everything. He put in a request for an estimate on windows and siding and a couple days later Matt came by to measure for windows and siding on the second floor. The insurance handled the roof. They started tearing off the roof on Tuesday September 16 and also finished it the same day. They started on the Windows on the top floor the same day and finished the windows on the back of the house. On Wednesday the 17th, they replaced the windows on the front of the house. There was so much damage to the wall outside under our bedroom window, a new wall had to be built before the new window could be put in. By Saturday the 20th the siding was put on. This company was great to work with! They covered everthing, moved plant containers as needed, cleaned up every day they were here, and answered questions when we had them. We have more work to be done and will definitely have them again!"
