The team from Grace Construction and Roofing were great. Nico and Pete responded quickly, answered our questions honestly about the condition of our roof and required repairs. Within a couple of days, they scheduled our roof repair, and did the job in a few hours. Their work was outstanding. Strongly recommend. Nico and his crew from Grace Construction did an amazing job on my roof, they explained everything in great detail and let me know exactly what needed to be done on my roof. They arrived at my house on time, and they worked until the job was done! They cleaned up all the debris and old shingles, and went over and beyond to make sure my yard was clean and there was no debris in my yard. After the work was completed, they showed me everything that was done and ask for my approval because they wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done on my house! If you need work done on your roof I would definitely recommend Grace Construction you won’t be disappointed...

My grandmother had a leak in her roof that caused some damage on the second story. I conducted some research and I found a company who I know I could trust, Chicago Grace Construction. I made a phone call and instantly had an appointment scheduled. I met with Niko and Pete who are very honest and ethical men. They showed us and also explained to us what work had to be done and the process of how it has to get done. Communication was pristine throughout the entire process! Any questions you have will get answered so you can understand. They repaired her roof and installed new gutters. I am very pleased with the work they did. Very professional! I am thrilled to be working with them on other projects. I highly recommend Chicago Grace Construction for your home projects and repairs...
