Jake Greenwood says: „First off, sorry for the wordy review but our experience with Advanced home service, seriously can not be over stated... Ken, Seth and Arron were the guys that helped us through the first major repair we have experienced as 1st time homeowners. I was suspicious of a water leak for about 2 months because my pipes sounded like a sprinkler was on all the time. On the Friday before the '24 Labor day weekend, I noticed water on my driveway on an otherwise very dry day. By Sunday, the wet spot had doubled in size (as shown in picture 1)and we realized that we likely had a water main leak just 9 months after purchasing our home. Unsure of how to proceed, I submitted a request to Advanced Home Services to send someone to evaluate the problem that Sunday. By Tuesday afternoon, Arron met me at the house and not only confirmed our suspicion but he also inspected other concerns I had including checking a potential leaking pipe that he confirmed was only condensation and not a leak and he ran a camera through the sewer lines to determine whether or not it was worth addressing while we had a trench open. Despite the chance for a hefty up sale, he was honest with me and never pushed for a single repair that wasn't necessary. Arron left my house around 6:45pm and by 8am Wednesday morning, Seth was at my door and by time I had signed the workorder, Ken was there with the contractor. These guys were the real hero's today. I couldn't afford a day off of work so I had to leave the guys to do the work outside and inside my home with no supervision but they are both solid, trustworthy and professional dudes and I had no doubt that they could complete the job without me in the way. By time I got home after 5, these guys were laying sod over the 6ft trench that had been dug and refilled in my absence!!! I was shocked by how thorough and clean they were going so far above and beyond what I had expected. They had even went the extra mile to save me from having to replace my sidewalk that was in the dig path. I will no doubt be recommending and using Advanced from here out and I will request Ken and Seth by name to complete the work. They turned an overwhelming situation into a run of the mill Wednesday.
