Part of this roof was an insurance claim, and they fought so hard for me when my Insurance was being stubborn. We got to the point where I would three-way Josh into my phone conversations with the insurance adjuster because the insurance would talk about things I had no idea about and Josh was able to be an advocate for me, because I don’t know the roofing terms. They absolutely did not have to do that, they did their best to fight for me and stand up to insurance company when they were being completely unreasonable. The Insurance took their sweet time getting the funds to us but when they finally did Lionheart made us a priority to make sure the roof is taken care of in a timely manor. There were a couple times throughout the day I needed to take my kids to school and pick them up while the roof was in the process of being installed. All of the guys were so respectful with stopping work while I walked to the car to make sure that nothing fell on me or my kids and that we didnt get hurt, they even escorted us to and from the car to make sure the kids were okay. These amazing guys went as far as to even picking up dog poop in the backyard when they had downtime and finished their part of the roof. Which was extremely helpful as my husband had been away working for a couple weeks and finding time to do it myself with three young kids seemed impossible. When the guys finished installing the roof, they went through the entire backyard, front yard, & side yards with magnets multiple times to make sure that any nails that may have fallen were picked up so the kids wouldn’t get hurt. They also cleaned up extremely well. Also taking out some trash (not their trash) that had been waiting in the side yard for my husband to throw away. we had planted flowers the weekend before and the guys made sure to put a protective covering on the flowers so they wouldn’t get wilted which was beyond respectful. The fact that they even paid attention to that shows their extreme attention to detail. Above and beyond, I don’t even think is a strong enough phrase to describe this team of guys. Working with Lionheart roofing I received outstanding communication, timely scheduling, great explanatory updates, outstanding work, & advocates on my behalf.
