It has been over 2 years since Hector repaired our roof. He fixed it the right way as we have had no more problems with shingles coming off the peak! He was also here within a couple of days after seeing what needed to be done! He will always be the one I call for any roofing issue...

We were very happy with the work once it was complete. Hector checked the work and had the contractors return to fix anything they missed the first time. The price came in at the quote, which was great. We were very happy with the service we received while the work was being done. However, for the two months prior, we were told “it’ll be next week” or “supplies will be delivered tomorrow” or “they’ll start this weekend”. Many times we never received return calls and it was extremely frustrating. If we would’ve been told at the beginning that the work would be two months out, we would’ve been able to plan better and have the pre-work done right ahead of Masterpro arriving. However, this was not the case and we could not plan because we had no idea when they were actually going to show up. This part was very frustrating and I’m very glad that it ended with a great result in the end...

Master Pro Roofing did and outstanding job. I had got 4 bids and they were all very close to one another. Master Pro was the second highest but after meeting with each contractor I felt Hector was the most professional and attentive to my requests. That evening Flavia sent me a copy of their proof of insurance and license before I even asked for it. In fact, all their communication was outstanding. I had done my homework and I knew exactly what I wanted. I also had a couple of specific requests. Hector was the only contractor that took notes on my requests. I knew I wanted Owens Corning shingles and they are a preferred Owens Corning contractor. Using them gave me a better warranty over using another contractor. His crew kept the work area as clean as possible and cleaned up everything when they were done. They finished in one day and it looks amazing...

MasterPro Roofing and owner Hector Flores were available, involved, and responsive to us at a very difficult time after the derecho. Hector and his crew did a timely, efficient, and excellent installation of our new roof and gutters using high quality materials with thorough attention to detail. Questions and preferences that we had were addressed quickly and to our complete satisfaction. And the costs were reasonable and appropriate. The job is finished now yet Hector and Flavia remain available for any questions or concerns that we might have as time passes.
