Logan was great! Fixed the problem quickly. Unfortunately someone decided to flip off our breaker outside but we were able to find them on our security cameras. Made for a good laugh after the fact! Great service and will plan to use you guys in the future! Picture for the laughs!...

True Comfort will always be are heating and cooling company. Chris, Jake, and Logan are spectacular!  We called True Comfort because our  furnace went out in November and the reviews on the company were impressive how often do you find a company with a 5 star rating! The company definitely prides themselves in having this rating. True comfort came out then next morning which happened to be a Sunday. We purchased the furnace and water heater as they needed replaced. It was installed within 24 hours which was impressive as we figured it would take a few days Logan and Jake even went the extra mile rerouting the water tubing and other fixtures to ensure everything ran flawlessly. Chris was not pushy he gave us the information that we needed to make an informed decision. He did not try to upsell any of their products only what was needed for our home. True comfort does an amazing job by being very thorough with their inspections. They come out twice a year now to inspect our furnace, water heater, and air conditioner. we just had an issue with our air conditioner and they were out same day and fixed the problem. They set a follow up appointment just to ensure that everything is running as it should! You will not go wrong choosing True Comfort....
