The salesman, Adam showed up promptly was very polite and insightful. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and concisely. The service technician, Grant was also very polite and knowledgeable in the process of replacing an entire HVAC system. They both put booties on their feet before entering. Grant and his assistant were sure to leave the house in, I would say, better condition than before they arrived. I would recommend using this company to anyone that wants straight forward answers and prompt results...

Service Legends was top notch start to finish in servicing my AC! It wasn't cooling the house and they were able to come out same day. Chad Carr, of Service Legends, assessed the problem and gave quotes for repair. It turned out the part was under warranty, which he determined, so there was no cost! Chad spent time explaining what he had worked on & reviewed & then provided knowledgeable information on additional services and/or plans that are provided. He mostly interacted with my husband so I can only speak for what I overheard, but he was very polite, kind, friendly, and well mannered.
