Jimmy fit this job in before some other jobs. There was an issue with this somewhat difficult sewer backup job but was ultimately resolved. My sewer drain was cleared on a busy holiday weekend. The other company answering service never called me back. Roto rooter was a good choice...

Had them out to fix an issue where I had water from the sewer backing up into my basement. 2 weeks later I now have more water in my basement than I've ever had to the point it's become standing water. Called them back to get some help. My wife was on the phone and the man on the other end reacted as though we were being burdensome. Immediately dismissed us, said it must be a City issue. I called the City, they came out, and their line is fine. Now I'm out the cost of an emergency plumber plus whatever it costs to complete the job Roto Rooter couldn't be bothered to see all the way through. Do not recommend...
