Matt and his team were indeed a breeze to work with. When we returned home after a storm, we found a shingle on the ground and started to get quotes for a replacement. We knew going into the process that working with insurance would be the most difficult. Matt and his team captured the state of the roof with high-definition drone photos, and I uploaded those to my claim. When the adjuster eventually came out, Matt made himself available and brought the team to assist the adjuster as well as answer any questions they had. This worked out as our roof was in rough shape, causing the adjuster to fall off the roof nearly. Matt provided my adjuster with some padding and on-demand drone photos, which eventually sealed the deal on my claim.
Matt was on site with his team for the entire replacement, which they managed to complete in one day, and everything went to plan. While I hope I don't have a need for any Rhino services in the near future (1 claim a year is more than enough), I won't hesitate to use their services again. I recommend Matt and his team for anything and everything roofing+ and insurance-related. No matter what level of experience you have with either, Matt has enough knowledge to keep your mind at ease throughout the process...
