Mustang Roofing did an amazing job with our roof replacement. We worked with Alicia, who was thorough with her assessment, persistent in following through with the insurance auditors, and helped us every step of the way to get the insurance paperwork done. The actual roof work was completed on time and perfectly. It was quite hot lately (very unusual weather in May), but they finished the entire work in a single day. Alicia kept sharing updates with us and did a thorough check of the roof from inside the attic, using a drone, and by getting up there herself. We are very happy with their services and would highly recommend them for any roofing work. They are patient and will explain the process in detail and provide support and help if needed, including with insurance work...

I  am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Mustang Roofing. From our initial meeting, Alicia created an atmosphere of comfort and confidence, assuring me that I had made the right decision by choosing Mustang Roofing.

Having worked in customer service for many years, I understand the challenges of working with the public. Alicia consistently provided me with updates and made herself available to address any concerns I had, without making me feel pressured or like I was an inconvenience. I was also pleasantly surprised that she was present on the day of installation. The installation team was equally impressive, and I commend them for their professionalism. I regret not knowing their names so I could acknowledge them individually. I have parrots, and I deeply appreciated their efforts to minimize noise disruption. Additionally, the gentlemen I spoke with were very courteous. The quality of their work is outstanding, and my roof has not looked this good since my home was built in 2008.

I highly recommend Mustang Roofing for their exceptional service and outstanding workmanship...

Mustang Roofing replaced my 16 year old roof today! I worked with Alicia Boyok, who had no problem climbing up on the roof to find the hail damage up there. Luckily my insurance company accepted my claim and paid to have it replaced, along with the roof of my pergola that was damaged by hail also. Alicia and the folks at Mustang Roofing worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered and taken care of on the claim. The crew came very early in the morning and got started on the job as the sun was coming up! They brought my roof up to code and got the job done quickly and professionally. They were all very nice guys. Very hard workers! I highly recommend Mustang Roofing...

H&A was super helpful with our roof repair. Our home insurance company was being extremely difficult. Jeff and Abel worked hard to make sure we would get a new roof since ours was severely damaged. It took 5 different inspections and they never gave up. Homero was really helpful during the day of repair and made sure everything was installed. I can’t recommend H&A enough...
