Working with Mustang Roofing was a great decision. Their team was punctual, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. The work was completed on time, the cleanup was spotless, and the final result looks fantastic. My house had multiple layers of old roofing. They removed everything properly and cleanly, repaired underlying structural issues, and installed the new metal roof with exceptional skill. I had a wonderful experience with this company. I had several quotes but Abel's professionalism, and friendliness and company reviews won me over. I had to unexpectedly work on the day we scheduled so I left my sister with instructions and money. The guys sent me photos at each step, explained what they were doing (roofs repairs are major in my opinion so I appreciated the extra explanation) and were just overall friendly and professional. They couldn't match the shingles perfectly in color as my roof is older but I can tell they tried. I'm very happy with the results...

Mustang Roofing did an amazing job with our roof replacement. We worked with Alicia, who was thorough with her assessment, persistent in following through with the insurance auditors, and helped us every step of the way to get the insurance paperwork done. The actual roof work was completed on time and perfectly. It was quite hot lately (very unusual weather in May), but they finished the entire work in a single day. Alicia kept sharing updates with us and did a thorough check of the roof from inside the attic, using a drone, and by getting up there herself. We are very happy with their services and would highly recommend them for any roofing work. They are patient and will explain the process in detail and provide support and help if needed, including with insurance work...

I  am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Mustang Roofing. From our initial meeting, Alicia created an atmosphere of comfort and confidence, assuring me that I had made the right decision by choosing Mustang Roofing.

Having worked in customer service for many years, I understand the challenges of working with the public. Alicia consistently provided me with updates and made herself available to address any concerns I had, without making me feel pressured or like I was an inconvenience. I was also pleasantly surprised that she was present on the day of installation. The installation team was equally impressive, and I commend them for their professionalism. I regret not knowing their names so I could acknowledge them individually. I have parrots, and I deeply appreciated their efforts to minimize noise disruption. Additionally, the gentlemen I spoke with were very courteous. The quality of their work is outstanding, and my roof has not looked this good since my home was built in 2008.

I highly recommend Mustang Roofing for their exceptional service and outstanding workmanship...
