Stefan Clark with Clark Brothers did an outstanding job on a roof replacement for one of my buyer clients in Buford. From start to finish, Stefan was professional, responsive, and incredibly timely throughout the entire process.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction, a veteran-owned family business, and the experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end.

We needed several repairs completed around our home, including replacing rotten handrails on our front porch, repairing rotten wood on the porch framing, and replacing the damaged screening around our screened-in back porch.

From the moment we submitted a request through their website, the entire process was professional, organized, and customer-focused. Ivan Soto, our specialist, took the time to walk the entire property with us, carefully inspecting every repair that was needed. He thoroughly explained the scope of work, answered all of our questions, and made the scheduling process simple and stress-free.

Unfortunately, an unexpected family emergency came up just before our scheduled repair date, and we had to leave town. When I called Liz, the Project Coordinator, she couldn’t have been more understanding or compassionate. She immediately expressed concern for our family, assured us there would be no problem rescheduling, and let us know they would be ready whenever we returned home. That level of kindness and empathy meant a great deal to us during a difficult time.

After we returned, Liz quickly worked us back into the schedule. On the day of the project, Efrain Alvarez and his coworker arrived exactly when promised. They introduced themselves, reviewed the project with us, and made sure we didn’t have any questions before getting started. Their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding.

Partway through the project, Carson, one of the Project Managers, stopped by to check on the progress and make sure we were completely satisfied and had no additional questions or concerns. That extra level of follow-up demonstrated how much Clark Brothers values customer satisfaction.

The entire experience—from the first phone call to the final walkthrough—was exceptional. The craftsmanship was excellent, communication was outstanding, and every employee we encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the job right.

It’s refreshing to find a company that still believes in quality workmanship, integrity, and outstanding customer service. We couldn’t be happier with the finished repairs and highly recommend Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction to anyone looking for an honest, dependable contractor.

We were referred to Clark Brothers Construction by a landscaping company we had worked with previously. Stefan met with us first and helped redesign our deck based on the ideas and specifications we had in mind.

Once the project began, Nick, our project manager, was extremely responsive, proactive, and always willing to answer questions along the way. The work crew was professional and not only completed our deck project but also installed a new front door. Liz, the project coordinator, was also very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.

We’ve worked with contractors in the past who were not nearly as responsive or professional, so Clark Bros really stood out. We’re very happy with how our deck and front door turned out and would highly recommend them. We’ll definitely consider Clark Bros for future exterior projects...
