Matt and the team at Rhino did a fantastic job on our new roof. We had used them in the past for new gutters and gutter guards, and they continue to earn our business. Matt, the owner, is onsite the day of the project and puts a lot of care into clean up, and protecting the house from what is a big and messy project. Small touches like a Porto potty for the crew make it a seamless day. Very pleased with the roof - looks great and we will work with them on our next project...

We had a fantastic experience with Rhino! We found a week ago that we had a major HVAC issue, and, as part of removing the old system, the HVAC company (TE) had to remove the plumbing vent stack that runs from the roof to the basement. Since they didn’t do roofing, we needed to find someone quickly who could come in right behind them and seal the roof. I found Rhino after reading all their great reviews, and they didn’t disappoint.

When I explained the situation and our very short timeline, Matt was able to quickly work us into his schedule. He came out to do a preliminary assessment, and at that time, he noted that our aging roof boots were in bad shape and needed replacing. Fortunately, he said that other than the boots, our 17-year-old roof was in great shape and should last for a while yet. (How many roofers will tell you that??!! Usually, they want to tell you that you have hail damage and that they can file with your insurance company!)

When Matt went into the attic to inspect below the roof, he noted that we have a radiant barrier and shared a lot of info and some great advice about how we could make the barrier more efficient. He doesn’t install radiant barriers, so he had nothing to gain, but we really appreciated his valuable advice.

The morning of the HVAC install, the crew from Rhino showed up right on time and did a great job of patching our roof and replacing the boots. We were super grateful that they could work us in so quickly, and we will definitely reach out to them again when it’s time to replace our roof down the road. We had a great experience with Rhino from start to finish...

Matt at Rhino Restorations was fantastic to work with. He accommodated my schedule, came out promptly to inspect my roof after I noticed leaks, and was able to take care of the issue on the spot. He was informative, professional, trustworthy, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated how helpful and responsive he was throughout the process. Phenomenal guys at Rhino. We shopped around for a while to repair our Soffit, facia, gutters, and roof. Rhino came in significantly lower on price that the big companies and were able to deliver a product with just as much if not more quality.

On the morning of the roof install the salesman and the owner were at our house hanging up protection net in the dark hours before the crew would. Normally you would never see the guy who sold you the roof and you certainly wouldn’t see the owner in 25 degree weather with a headlamp on doing prep work before the roofers showed up. (Matt and Chase, you guys are great!)

Very satisfied with the work, price and effort shown. Good communication through the whole process. I never felt like we’re were left in the dark about the process and several times Matt or Chase would come by just to check on the progress to make sure we were happy.

Highly recommended and we will be using them again in the future if need be...
