Eric and Robert were very detail oriented and professional. We had to have new lines run to our AC and they took the time to really analyze the situation, and come up with a great solution. They took their time and were very respectable of our property. Would highly recommend these two for any AC work....

If I could give this 0 stars for the product I would. We bought two mini splits to go upstairs and PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. We paid 8k for the installation and then when the unit malfunctioned to no fault of our own, we had to pay another $2k to get it fixed because it wasn’t blowing cold and we had to pay to get on a “servicing” plan and now we are having issues with water pouring from these units onto our floor and walls. They continue to send techs out but nothings ever fixed permanently....

The team that installed the system respected my home, did a great job answering all questions, and worked professionally until the job was done. I’m very pleased with Coolray....

The company was prompt in responding to our request and offered extremely competitive pricing and quick installation. They also left the job site very clean. We will definitely use them again in the future. M...
