We had an insurance claim job, which was intimidating and partly confusing to get started at first.
We had a few quotes, companies that didn't show up or wouldn't get out for weeks. But Ridgeline Roofing was extremely fast and made it zero stress. They were efficient and an absolute pleasure to work with through the whole process! We dealt with Byron, Sam and a few others directly during the process, they all were understanding, professional and helpful.
As far as the actual work on the roof it was done professionally and timely of course. No complaints at all.

Everything was incredibly professional and well-run. It’s rare if not unheard of to get this kind of customer service and delivery in this economy. Byron provided the inspection and estimate and coordinated with my insurance companies adjuster to walk him through all of his findings to ensure a successful claim. His crew showed up and literally worked a 14 hour day to get the job done before it rained the next day. I was particularly impressed by the extra netting around the house to protect my landscaping when they were doing removal. I also loved the digital renderings of our home with the different shingle color options to make sure we made the right selection. The crew finished up and came back the next day to be sure they got every nail and bit of trash in the lawn. I was so impressed I sent Byron’s info to several friends and my brother. Highly recommend him and his team for anyone looking for a roofing company...
