It’s summer and I know Reliable is very busy, but I wasn’t super happy that I had to wait 10 days for a technician. Tyler, the young man who came, was hopeful he could fix our problem, but it turned out we needed a new unit. However, Tyler was very courteous and gave us helpful information. Roy, who came and sold us the new unit, was also very helpful and courteous. He helped us choose the correct unit for our needs and didn’t try to sell us more than we needed. We appreciated his honesty and friendliness. He even followed up with us to be sure the installation went well. I wasn’t home during most of the install so I don’t have the 2 installers names, but my husband was impressed with them also...
