Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing and Electrical - Grayson

So my previous rating was inaccurate as it pertains to the HVAC side of this operation. I am seeing some serious issues with customer satisfaction and scheduling. This company advertises 24/7 but they ARE NOT! The name says RELIABLE but they are not. I asked for a supervisor THREE TIMES for my issue with water damage due to a clogged drain pipe and I haven’t received any acknowledgment. For the emergency of water in the drain pan no return call and an appointment a week out from the initial call. I was told it’s our busy season…ok then fix your advertising!! Maintenance for life if you pay monthly is a hassle since no one in the office recognizes that is what you have and the continual explanation EVERY time I call is just maddening. Currently this company’s HVAC division needs a serious overhaul. There may be some good technicians, but without proper administration and process their skills go unnoticed and your customers suffer, and your business suffers. I would shop around before falling for false advertisement...

We have had two rent to lease units for 5 years and it is an absolutely fantastic program! Pay monthly and NEVER worry about repairs or maintenance. MICHAEL WILLIS was our salesman when we signed up with them. He was very knowledgeable and got our old units replaced quickly. It’s summer and I know Reliable is very busy, but I wasn’t super happy that I had to wait 10 days for a technician. Tyler, the young man who came, was hopeful he could fix our problem, but it turned out we needed a new unit. However, Tyler was very courteous and gave us helpful information. Roy, who came and sold us the new unit, was also very helpful and courteous. He helped us choose the correct unit for our needs and didn’t try to sell us more than we needed. We appreciated his honesty and friendliness. He even followed up with us to be sure the installation went well. I wasn’t home during most of the install so I don’t have the 2 installers names, but my husband was impressed with them also...
