I could not speak more highly of Jordan and his crew! They recently finished our basement for our kids toy room/ extra sitting room in December 2025, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the start, communication was quick and professional after submitting an inquiry, they were ready to begin within just two weeks.

I have never seen a crew work like this one. They showed up early every morning and worked until 7 PM, consistently. Our entire basement was completed in just one week, and the quality of the work was outstanding. From the beautifully stained concrete floors to the tin ceiling, every detail was done with care and precision.

On top of that, they offer an amazing payment plan with no down payment required, which made the process even smoother. I would 100/10 recommend Jordan and his team to anyone looking for high-quality work done efficiently and professionally....

Had my metal roof soft cleaned and pressure washed the house. They did a great job and I was very impressed with the positive results. They made an appointment, giving me a date and time. They stuck with both and they also were very responsive with all communication. Prices were good, and even slightly beat the competition. If you want professional reliable service at a fair price give them a call!...

Jordan and his crew are amazing! They show up on time, are very hardworking, professional, and are great about making sure things are picked up and clean before they leave. At our home, they have replaced our roof, replaced some windows, installed tile floors and enclosed a screened porch. They also will be restaining a deck and porch in the next week. We strongly recommend U-Contract, and you will not beat their prices or quality of work!
UPDATE…The porch and deck turned out beautifully! First they pressure washed, then came back and put on a solid stain. As usual, they showed up on time and were meticulous about their work. Extremely nice and honest people. We are still so pleased that we found them! We have them coming back soon to replace stair banisters. Stay tuned!🤗...
