I contracted with Jordan based on a friend who has used him for projects from roof replacement to new flooring, additions and more. I got a great quote on staining my large front and back porches and Painting all my railings. He had my porches pressure washed to prep for the job and since it is that time of year, I inquired how much to just pressure wash the entire two story house plus half visible basement. Jordan approved the extra right on the spot at a very good additional price. All the painting has been meticulously done by skilled painters using Spray, brush, and rollers. It all looks great...
