On the day of our leak, Ashley, promptly returned my call, &, Alfonzo, showed up within 30 minutes of my call. In the pouring rain, he inspected our roof, & patched the valley. We had a major overnight rain storm recently and water began pouring through our ceiling in our spare bedroom. Thankfully, Red Clay Roofing was open at 7 am and Alfonzo was at our house by 8. He got up on our roof in the pouring down rain and nailed down an emergency tarp to stop further damage inside our house. He gave us a reasonable estimate for repairs and after several days of drying out, he and his crew had our roof repaired in half a day's work. This involved replacing plywood, adding a waterproof protective layer, matching shingles, and hauling off all the damaged roofing. We had a really hard rainstorm with high winds a couple days after the repair and had no leaks. His secretary, Ashley, and Alfonzo were a pleasure to work with. My wife and I highly recommend Red Clay Roofing. Also, we are in favor of supporting a local family-owned business over a large corporation...

Red Clay did a wonderful job on my roof. Alfonszo was great to work with and made me feel as though he was looking out for me and my best interest. He was extremely patient and gave me different options and prices to consider. I also feel the price was fair.
His crew showed up and immediately went to work and finished the job sooner than I thought possible.
They did a great job of cleaning up and putting things back where they belong.
I would highly recommend Red Clay to anyone in need of a roof...

Red Clay Roofing was knowledgeable and prompt with coming out and showing us what was wrong and gave us options on how to proceed. Within a few days they were able to efficiently fix a leak we had on our back deck, a few weeks have passed and we have not had any issues after several heavy rain storms. We received photos on before and after completion which was very insightful as to what they were fixing so we felt at ease with the repair. In the future I will be using Red Clay Roofing to replace my entire roof in the next few years. I definitely give them a 5 out of 5 rating, and will recommend them to anyone who is looking at replacing their roof...
