Every homeowner knows how invaluable it is to have a reliable plumber, and we have found our guy!  We called Basil because of recommendations from our neighbors.  Our experience with him confirmed why many people recommended him so highly.  Basil responded very quickly to my initial request for help with our water heater that was leaking.  When he came to inspect it, he was friendly, and he explained his process clearly.  He communicated with us well through the process, and we believe he was entirely honest about the work that was needed.  In the end, we are very pleased with the outcome of his work, and we will definitely call him again any time we have plumbing needs...
