We recently had a water leak that caused mold in our master bathroom, down into the kitchen and dining room. Not something we asked for, but that is life and we were facing the problem head on.

My husband reached out to Adam  for his guidance and he was great at first. He walked through with our adjuster and provided great insight and knows construction.

He speaks a very good game, shows understanding, and promises you the world. As I guess many people do. Shame on me for trusting and believing in his word.

I am 7 months pregnant with three other children under 5 at home. My concern was having my house put back together for the kids, and by the time baby was born. Which he knew due to me telling him myself. He put on a good act of understanding and compassion. As time went on and on we couldn’t get a start date, which he knew I needed to for my anxiety and sanity! I ended up in the ER with a blood pressure of 160/113, putting both me and my baby at risk because we could not get answers as of when he would start and fulfill his promise. When my husband was worried and he reached out to know a start date, he responded with “ it’s late, call the office tomorrow.” Maybe if he showed a little understanding, it would have been nice.

When my doctor voiced concern for my health, I did not have a choice but to ask my husband to help find someone who would complete the job. I was not willing to put this company above myself and family. Now we are paying for it.  I understand that we had a contract and I don’t mind paying for the time he actually gave. However, numbers were definitely fudged to take advantage of us. That was clear when he did not reach out to reach an understanding or question what had changed. He wanted to make a big profit of us, but unfortunately, we did not budget for this problem and we were trying to do what we could within our budget. Which my husband explained to him numerous times. He was not happy and it showed when communication diminished. Now not only do we have to pay him, I have an unnecessary hospital visit and stay to pay for along with finding a new contractor.

He produces beautiful work. You have to make a decision on working with a person who has good character or  just having quality work...

We had contacted multiple other contractors before learning about JAG. Wish we had known about them sooner! Adam, Laz, and their whole team have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and meticulous. We have used them for a few unexpected projects and look forward to working with them as we make the house our home. Highly recommend...

I called JAG renovations because they were referred to me by my neighbor. I had already reached out to 2 other contractors for some pricing on a bathroom remodel. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism, value, and the beautiful work they did to transform my bathroom. I did not want another day to go by without thanking you Adam and your entire team for all of your extraordinary efforts in our renovation project. The results have far exceeded our expectations. You and your crew were so professional and easy to work with. We had none of the “horror stories” so many people experience with contractors. Instead, we had a great level of communication and your good advice that enabled us to make the myriad decisions that came up everyday. We had complete confidence in your advice, even as things sometimes changed and shifted during the course of the renovation, as they always do. We especially appreciate your ability to integrate the many vintage and antique items we purchased into the design of our home. They are beautiful and unique and have the added advantage of being “green”.
