We were dying of heat! Reached out in the early morning about our AC and received a response right away. They came same day! Brian and his team (so sorry I didn't catch his name) came, diagnosed the issue and gave us fair options. No fearmongering to sell and felt no pressure. Replaced our motor and did a much needed proper maintenance on our unit. They resolved our problem. Super friendly and honest. They were more than happy to answer all of my questions. We received high quality service and will be using them for all future A/C maintenance, repairs etc! He did a really great job diagnosing the issue I had and took the time to explain everything to me. As a deaf customer, I appreciated that he was more than happy to use his phone to type things out and communicate with me. He made sure I fully understood the issue by providing detailed explanations and even showed me pictures of what was wrong. He also gave me suggestions on the next steps. Very Thorough in every aspect of the job. Clean, Courteous, well trained, up to date tools and equipment. Replace my upstairs Condenser unit and appropriate coils in the attic. They knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again if needed. Their prices were very reasonable too...
