Alan did a great job for us,he's very knowledgeable. He is an expert at HVAC repair and very thorough. He fully tested our system to be sure that the system was truly leaking refrigerant. He he used nitrogen to pressurize the system and when we saw that pressure was falling rapidly we knew there was a big leak in the coil. The bad news was we can't get a new coil from Rheem Manufacturing until August 18th. The good news is one hour is loaning us two window units until the replacement parts are installed. That's super service. Thanks 1 hour and thanks alan! After 4 weeks, the coil came in from Rheem. Alan came back to install it. A big, 4 hour job, but Alan did spectacular, professional job. I am very confident in his expert, experienced knowledge base. He was detailed in his process, making sure all of the installarion process was done correctly. Thank you Alan for a job well done...
