"It was time to replace our 20+ year old roof. I called CBRC based upon consistently stellar reviews, Roswell home base and observation of their work on other homes in our area. We were not disappointed. Stefan was great to work with on the quote, providing clearly defined options - great communication. Nahomy was available thru out the process coordinating selection & delivery of materials & what to expect on job day . Exactly one week after my first meeting with Stefan we had a completely new roof. Jobsite lead man Alex was just awesome leading his crew. Completely finished our roof by 2:00 pm! Included removal of the old shingles & lining, installed new OSB overlay, new vent boots, Certainteed roofing components and a newly fabricated chimney cap. The clean up was amazing, truly “leave no trace’ 😁. I look forward to working with them again soon on some exterior renovations."
