My experience was nothing short of painless and convenient. I could not have asked more of Boaz and his team. Very polite and most courteous (a trait not easily found in today’s world)! They were timely and thorough each day- and completed the project (a beautiful new roof and repainting deck, following heavy damage from hail)  quickly and smoothly….. and the icing on the cake was what an excellent job they did in cleaning up the mess of a new roof when the job was finished. Boaz and his team finished our roofing project in December just before the Christmas holidays. They were excellent from start to finish. They helped us navigate the world of insurance claims and public adjusters with precision. When it came time for the job to be completed, their team was excellent in communication and results!

Had an amazing experience with Firebrand. We forgot to tell them that our builder had repaired our furnace vent in the past due to a leak, and they went above and beyond after doing the roof since the leak popped back up, and they repaired it quickly. It speaks volumes that someone holds to their word and their warranties.

Highly recommend them to everyone! Owens Corning Duration in the color Williamsburg Gray. They did our home in Georgia. Our roof replacement is amazing...

We recently had our roof and gutters replaced through insurance, and I cannot recommend Firebrand Roofing enough. Our insurance company sent out two separate adjusters and denied the claim both times, but Firebrand stayed involved, worked with them, and helped get our roof approved. I feel like most companies would have just given up and moved onto the next project.

From start to finish, their communication was stellar. Honestly, I have never experienced better communication from a company in my life. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free.

The quality of the work was phenomenal. We were also able to upgrade from a 3-tab roof to architectural Duration shingles, which was a huge plus. On top of that, they are even helping us work toward a yearly discount on our insurance because of the hail impact-resistant shingle.
