The crew paid close attention to every detail, and when the job was complete, the cleanup was impeccable—you would hardly know they had been there except for the beautiful new roof.

Firebrand is an excellent roofing company whose customer service members go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Their construction crew also seemed to do a good job at least by the look of the finished product. Outstanding.
Aaron especially was key to making my experience excellent. His customer focus, communication, follow up, and follow through were notable. William was also helpful when he finished things up, cleaned up, and fixed a final detail that made the job perfect.
I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a roof. Ask for Aaron....

Excellent roofing company! From start to finish, the entire experience was great. The team was professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job on the roof.

The quality of their work was outstanding, and they made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was finished. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how easy they made the whole process.

I highly recommend Firebrand Roofing and owner Boaz Clark!

Boaz has worked with both my home in Chamblee and my mother's home in Madison, Georgia, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provides.

At my mother's home, he went above and beyond by meeting with the insurance adjuster multiple times, documenting the hail damage with excellent photos, and advocating tirelessly to help get the roof approved for insurance coverage. His knowledge of the claims process and willingness to fight for his customers truly set him apart.

At my home, Boaz inspected my roof, provided fair and detailed quotes for chimney repairs, deck staining, and roof washing, which we'll be moving forward with this fall. While he was already on the roof, he even took the time to perform a complimentary service by blowing leaves and debris out of the roof valleys around the chimney. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare.

Boaz and the entire Firebrand Roofing team are professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and do the little things that make a big difference.
