„Creighton Underwood says: I was in the market for a new roof and saw a beautiful roof in one of my clients neighborhood. The quality and workmanship were outstanding. The BFARR sign was in the front yard so I gave them a call. Jason Lorne was the sales rep who responded, and as we discussed my needs and options, Jason was exceptionally responsive and was able to send me customized PDF files within minutes to further aid our discussions as we explored available options. I decided on the roof and options that I wanted, and was under contract with deposit before the last storm that hit the Orlando area. Jason informed me that with my deposit, I now was on the priority list of the BFARR “family,” and that if there was any damage from the storm, even though I hadn’t yet had my new roof installed, I was now on their priority list for aid to come out and assess and repair any emergency/critical damage. Commitment. The installation was scheduled and was started on time including a group text chat of all team members for my job to keep me informed of progress, and to answer any questions I, or they, might have. Edgar was the site supervisor, and he walked me through the process of what to expect for the next couple of days as the roof was installed. Jason also was on site and available to answer any questions in addition to the group chat. All went as planned, and while watching the roofing crew, it was clear to me that they were a skilled and professional team who knew the product and the proper installation protocols for this top-line roof and my replacement skylights. The worksite was kept clean and organized throughout the process. The dumpster was removed the next day and Edgar came out and ran the magnet around to pick up any roofing nails from the job that had fallen into the yard. The roof looked great! Gutters were installed a few days later by Ramon and his team. They did a beautiful job, including a creative solution to divert water into a split gutter over an easement. I approved the solution from a video Jason sent to me. Again, communication with everyone was exceptional. I had a couple of requests for some gutter modifications requiring additional time and materials. Jason put me in contact with Brian San Pedro, the sales manager. Brian reviewed everything with me and gave the approval to have Ramon come out and work directly with me to make the modifications to my satisfaction. Ramon and I worked up the revisions, and he came out the next morning and installed them perfectly! I was very happy. Brian, and BFARR absorbed all the additional time and material costs required for these modifications and ensured my complete satisfaction. Throughout my entire experience with BFARR, their culture of customer satisfaction has been extraordinary, and they have earned my highest recommendation for anyone in the market for a new roof and gutter systems. Workers treats their clients with respect. *CONS: Limited roof color options at the time (I think about 8 -10, most of them on the warmer color spectrum) (could have been due to covid shortages at the time) *SUMMARY: We had had hail damage on our 17 year old roof. They not only came out to inspect on top of the roof but also went into my attic to assess concerns. They took pictures of everything and walked with me step by step through concerning damages, expected life expectancy, etc. They were able to do permitting a little sooner than originally expected. Worked with us in their crazy schedules after Hurricane Ian came through and damaged other houses. And did a great job on the quality of the roof. They even helped us out with getting a new wind mitigation report to lower our overall house insurance premium after new roof installation! Overall SO SO HAPPY! *EXTRA THOUGHTS: The main point of contact for us, was Tyler. HE. WAS. INCREDIBLE. One of the THE BEST sales reps I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Not pushy. Not overly unconcerned over my concerns. But totally professional in the way he presented the pricing, the materials, went over my concerns, and followed up with me in communication so well. He still answers my calls, emails, etc about questions or paperwork I need from him even after completing the job over 6 months ago. Just absolutely love the way this company treats their clients like family. *SUGGESTIONS FOR COMPANY: May be helpful to bring sample pieces of the shingle colors you have to potential client homes. It would allow the client to determine the color they want a bit easier. The site in which you buy the shingles is somewhat helpful, but as someone with a background in photography and graphics, it can be hard to determine from supplier pictures the color accuracy due to lighting, editing of the photograph for marketing, etc. At least, along with the website link you send clients, try sending them a zip file / folder of images of other client houses with the colors on the roof, without any editing of the photograph, to help them determine the right one. (And just to clarify - I was happy with my color in the end! Just thought this may help other clients choose their colors easier / quicker!...“ Show more
