I just received my final invoice for the roof I had installed by RIG Roofing. I am very pleased with the entire process. Reshard came over and spent much time on roof checking and measuring.  He drew up 3 estimates, based on shingles or two types of metal roofs. He spent much time with us going over our options.  He offered ways to finance. We chose the one year same as cash. He completed the financial portion while at our home.   Work was later scheduled to start in two weeks. A few days before work date they delivered the shingles. The day before work date they dropped off trash trailer. Day of roof replacement they were working at 7am. Five men were on my roof. These men came prepared , even with lunch and a microwave. They did much work, including using sealers on plywood. At 330pm they were installing the ridge vent and cleaning up. They went around with a magnet to finf stray staples and nails. Crew covered my wife's pineapple plants to protect them, RIG office lady idea when she looked at photos. RIG Roofing kept every promise they made, and exceeded my expectations of the job. They called to be sure I was happy, and sent condolences for passing of my father during this time. Using RIG Roofing was the best choice I could have made. Not only did I get a quality roof in a timely matter, the process was easy, they kept all promises, and I made a friend of Rashand. Thank you RIG...

I had my first gutter cleaning with Rig Roofing and Daniel's work ethic made me want to have the second one.  He was polite, friendly, came ready to work, worked hard and went out of his way to be sure the job was done well. He even went so far as to phone another worker (Zach) to help when he saw it would take longer than expected. Through it all, he stayed calm and pleasant and they cleaned up whatever debris was left from the cleaning. I recommend the RIG roofing scheduled gutter cleaning (and Daniel) highly...

NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE AND IMPROVEMENT !!!! We are so happy with our roof. Feel so confident to take on hurricane season after seeing the work and dedication RIG provides. From start to finish very pleased. Started with Alan he was amazing answered all questions, went above and beyond but was never pushy about it. Great customer service, then move on to labor, their crews are on point , great work preformed, cleaned up after themselves, PERFECTION. The following day received a call from another person at RIG; Zach , he did our inspection after the roof was completed. This guy too called the morning of the installation, in the middle , and once they left. These guys are people you ask for by name. Period. Alan and Zach, they are amazing. I'm happy, my husband's happy, if you are looking to get new roof, call RIG roofing. You wont regret it. We sure dont...
