Our estimator Steve Johnston worked with us to submit the claim with our insurance company and dealt with all of the issues that went along with that on our behalf. He kept in regular contact with us and was always quick to respond if we reached out. We were in Ohio while our roof project was going on and Steve made sure things were well managed here. The gutter crew came in and did a great job, they made sure the work site was nicely cleaned up when they were finished. "After having a Roofing Company ruin our home due to the negligence of removing too many shingles at one time and not having a tarp, IT RAINED IN OUR HOME! We had a ton of water damage. Our floors buckled immediately, there was 88-100% of moisture in multiple walls, and we had several ceilings water soaked, and brown water spots all over several ceilings.
