However, I must point out that the customer service was lacking, particularly in terms of logistics and communication. I was given four different appointments throughout the day via phone, none of which were confirmed by message. It wasn’t until I expressed my frustration about the lack of professionalism that I finally received a resolution at 5:00 PM. The manager I spoke with assured me that this was an unusual occurrence and that they were short-staffed that day.
