"Topside roofing is truly amazing. We had our roof destroyed during Ian. The roofer we originally hired started the work, took our money and left us with no roof protection. We had indoor waterfalls everywhere when it rained and whole sections of our house became inaccessible. We lost generations of family pictures, had massive holes in our ceilings that we could not repair because they would form again from the water. They literally stole our metal off our driveway and used it on another house. Topside roofing came in and were horrified at the damage and lack of professionalism of the original roofing company. They immediately went into action drying up our roof. They replaced all the damage parts of the wood resulting from the previous roofers. In days, our roof was replaced correctly and beautifully. "What can I say that a before and after picture won’t say… My home needed a whole lot of TLC and Art’s Roofing & Construction did their thing. I originally wanted just new windows and doors however, once the windows were being installed I asked about stucco work and painting the house. They did not skip a beat. They were in the ballpark and in addition, as general contractors we didn’t need to sub out work for the screen enclosure or gutters. They quickly tore the old roof off and prepped for the new roof. When the tile arrived (supply chain has been a bear since Covid) they were done in about 3 days including repairing stucco and new flashing. New gutters and paint finished the job. "This is our second time using Storm Team for hurricane damage to our roof and going through insurance. Both times Barney was our representative. He was extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. From the first inspection to the last, he was always there day and night to answer any questions or concerns we had. As for the roof itself, they did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything was done up to code and inspected and they fought for us to get our gutters replaced instead of just reattaching the old ones. The roofers took care around the property to make sure there was no damage to our AC units, pool equipment, screen enclosure and driveway. They also made sure to clean up any garbage, old roofing materials and nails. There were no hidden costs or fees, everything was explained up front before work even started.
