"Our roof was a 10 year old shingle roof that was looking rough even though it wasn’t that old. After a pretty good storm, we reached out to Ideal Home Solutions for a free inspection. After a thorough inspection, their representative said he thought our roof had quite a bit of damage, and advised us to put a claim in. The same representative came to the house when the insurance inspector came, and walked them through everything they saw. It was great to have someone advocating on our behalf. Sure enough, the insurance company approved a roof replacement. We opted to upgrade to a standing seam metal roof, so that we hopefully don’t end up in the same situation 10 years from now. "After having a Roofing Company ruin our home due to the negligence of removing too many shingles at one time and not having a tarp, IT RAINED IN OUR HOME! We had a ton of water damage. Our floors buckled immediately, there was 88-100% of moisture in multiple walls, and we had several ceilings water soaked, and brown water spots all over several ceilings. "We started out with a general contractor who had us pay upfront to get an architect to design our Florida room and lanai that was damaged by an old roof. After payment was processed and architectural plans were furnished, the first general contractor estimated an exorbitant price for a roof without a remodel. Now we were left with finding an honest general contractor who would work with our existing architectural plans. God led us to Matt and his Construction Corps Company. Matt came out to our house to see the challenge he would have to undertake and even pointed out problems that needed to be addressed, which we didn’t even know would be a problem in the future. His estimate was reasonable and fair. He agreed to use our existing architectural plans with modifications and oversaw all aspects of construction. We were always informed of the progress and never had to worry about anything. The crew sealed off our home to the outside, when the walls were demolished, and the dust was minimal.
