Wasting my time for a while and going through 3 other roofing companies, these other compaies were very vague to explain the process of getting a new roof, but not at Gold key Roofing and not with Josh Newman. Josh was an honest, detailed oriented and an open book to my concerns and questions. He even suggested to change things like the PVC pipes sticking out of roof to these great looking fixtures he found that improved the aesthetic look of the roof at no charge. See photo. When we go to select the shingles, Josh was supper patient and helped me through picking the right shingles. They are a bunch and I had read in the internet and was even more confused than before, but Josh broke it down to a very simple process. He also set me up for 2 other contacts he did the roof for and I met them and discussed the service which they felt it was 5-start service. Gold Key Roofing doesn’t nickel and dime you and their first priority is for you to be happy with everything that is going on your roof. In fact they gave me lots of freebies which I let them tell you about them if you ever go with getting your roof done with them :) I can’t say enough for the crew that showed up to do the job. From 7-7 they were working nonstop and only a lunch break. Finished my 9000 sq ft roof in 5 days. Josh’s boss, Sean personally came after the job was done to evaluate the work foot by foot and made sure I was happy with the product and work. At no time I was in dark about the process. Josh stayed on top of the work and updated me at the end of everyday via text and if I called him he was always there to pick up and address my questions. We all know what a headache it is dealing with contractors doing anything in our homes, but I wish all were like Gold Key Roofing because what may have been a restless and agonizing work turned out to be a positive experience.
