After a long lost battle with corrupt Citizen’s Insurance, we had to pay out of pocket for a roof. We did a long research of local roofers and decided to hire Eustis Roofing. The first contact was Brittany, who inspected our roof to give us an idea of the extent of the damage. She was very knowledgeable and informative, giving us options. Another gentleman (Nathan) came along to explain the process, permits, options for materials, etc. They were always kind and never pushy (which I greatly appreciate). We agreed on a price and they offered payment options.
Day 1 of the demo/install, they arrived early and had our property prepped and protected before we even woke up. Demo can be messy but we were highly impressed by how quickly they cleaned up and removed all debris and dumpster every night, getting everything ready for the crew next day. They went above and beyond, addressing issues found after the roof was removed, always keeping us updated with pictures and solutions. After the job was completed (before the timeframe they gave  us) we did a walk through. I wanted several things addressed which they did promptly, never leaving the property until we were 100% satisfied. They cleaned up nicely and my neighbors kept walking by everyday saying they were so impressed by their work. We have the best roof in the neighborhood now, it added much curb appeal and value to our home. I hate working with contractors and I am a demanding client and I loved working with Eustis. We had Immanol as our project manager, we was a joy to work with. My husband and I joke that if we had our business, we would steal their whole crew, they were all so professional and had impeccable craftsmanship.

Exceptional experience from start to finish! Met with Anthony, my Salesman, and we negotiated a fair price for the Resawn Shake Pro, with larger ridge vents, and larger offset vents replacing my turtle shell vents. I really liked that my new roof included a Softwash at 5 and 10 years, and a ERC Rejuvenation at 10 years! All timing was met for shingle delivery and installation. Chris O, my Project Manager, and his crew arrived early and finished in one day. Clean up after completion was impeccable! This was a really professional, and smooth experience! Thank you Anthony, Chris O, and the entire Eustis Team for the Great Job on my beautiful new Roof!...
