Avi the General Manager immediately called me [searched for my number in their sales funnel, haha] based on the below original review and apologized and scheduled to come out today [Monday] & punctual, very prompt in assessing my 2 bed room 1 bath and it took less than 30mins and they were sooooooo kind.
