I am very happy with the work of Mike from Cool Air HVAC Services. He replaced my old AC, with a lot of care, attention to the details, and quality. He is honest and fair. I definitely recommend him...

I don't usually post about service providers too often, but thought I would share this experience with the neighborhood, in case someone else needs the same type of help I did. 3 weeks ago, I started hearing noises coming from the outside AC condensing units, and also noticed that our AC units were not blowing cold air, and seemed to be running all the time. The electric bill reflected these problems. I decided to have 2 different HVAC providers, come out and inspect the units. They both tried selling me on repairs and new systems that were close to $20k-$30k, which was flat out criminal. Feeling hopeless, I posted on NextDoor, and Mike Talocco from Cool Air HVAC Services called me, and offered to take a look at my units. After a brief inspection, he suggested replacing the condensers and agreed to order and install install them without any issue at a fraction of the cost of the other two companies. I am posting pictures of the before and after, so people can see how bad things got, and what a wonderful job this guy did for me. Mike is very honest, straightforward, methodical, meticulous, and truly cares about doing a great job. He is also local to the area, and incredible experienced and knowledgeable. I changed my mind about horrible humanity when I met Mike. I didn't think I could ever trust an Air-Conditioner man again. We've been burned way too many times. When you get lied to you lose trust, but the Next-Door Neighbor app was all ablaze about this guy named Mike from Cool Air HVAC, saying, Mike is tried and true and knew what he was talking about and he would not do you wrong. I took the chance and just brought him in to do the servicing of the two units. And I was so pleasantly surprised. Now I understand why everybody was talking about him on the Next-Door Neighbor app . I'm so happy that I can promote an AC guy that definitely knows what he's doing and won't do you wrong...

Mike is a awesome and honest guy, he immediately came out and fixed our a/c I would recommend him for any a/c job. He lets you know what the problem is and let's you know ways to prevent this outcome of happening again, thank you sm...
