I’ll start from the top, I just purchased this townhouse back in October and I just recently started having issues with my downstairs toilet overflowing whenever water anywhere in the house was turned on. It was a known issue in the community that we have tree roots growing into the pipelines however, HOA wouldn’t do anything until I had a licensed plumber come out. I called Clog Kings and they were able to get a technician out NEXT DAY! The technician that took my case was Timothy Mendez. He was literally the SWEETEST and so helpful to me and did everything in his power to help make sure the issue was reported as being outside of the house. He also went out of his way to chat with my neighbors and make sure things were reported to be an issue on their property as well. He walked down the row of our building looking for any other issues pertaining to the situation and just really went out of his way to help. He also explained everything to me that he was doing and walked me through his step by step process and allowed me to walk around with him and watch him take footage and would explain what he was doing and what he was seeing. Definitely the greatest experience I could ever ever had especially as a first time homeowner and now I have my first toilet fountain flood under my belt 😅 I really appreciate all of your help Tim!! Thank you for making this experience so much less painful!...

Our main drain line was backed up and we couldn’t use the toilet without sewage coming up the shower. We called Clog Kings and Chris was out to our house within 30min! Chris was very knowledgeable and had the situation fixed in no time. I would highly recommend this company and I’m happy they employee such reliable people...
