Terrible | Just use a family owned place because this place itemizes you and you’ll end up on the short side of the stick, for essentially basic work. My technician Alexander Romero left my job without solving my problem that I called for: which was the hot water was not running full pressure (but cold was) only in the kitchen and my end bill was still $297.00. We changed 1 2 port pressure valve under my sink- only the hot water side - not even the cold. Not once did they suggest changing the cartridge in the faucet - which could solve the problem - they just recommended changing my whole new 250.00 prior faucet I installed with a new one. For 297.00 and the problem not getting solved - just a wonderful example of how even using these big companies - you can be taken advantage of. I’m pissed to say the least...

I had 3 vendors to my house to find out why my Salt Cell on my pool wasn’t working. Owen from the Electrical department of Acree came out and found the issue and fixed the problem. He was very professional and communicated with me the whole time. Also my 4 year old wants to grow 11 feet tall just like him. Highly recommend!!...

The Acree business was operated at every juncture in a professional capacity—from office communications, to the three trades employees who worked in my home for me. I had Zack for my plumbing, Chris doing my irrigation system, and Alex and Minh for my electrical work. All were on time and performed their trades expertly, efficiently, and as professionals. In particular Zack, who acted much as a group leader might. Zack listened to me each time I spoke, answered my many questions, and always offered reasonable explanations and solutions. He was appreciative of my efforts and thoughts. His willingness to listen, share, and ultimately perform the work expertly were admired and appreciated. Chris was uniquely qualified for his work as he he recently lived and worked in my HOA; and he solved a major problem for me. Both Alex and Minh quietly and professionally completed my garage electrical system—one which was extremely inadequately designed. Now I am able to work in my garage with electric tools without having to run cords from indoors. I am so happy despite the high cost of all the work; I’m expecting to be able to sleep at night now because my water issue has been resolved and getting PASCO water off my case.
