Bridie Arce says: „Had a similar issue last year around this same time where I noticed water was seeping up into the laminate flooring by the thermostat. Opened the air filter door cover, removed the air filter and noticed water dripping from the evaporator coils. Last time I had my a/c and air handler looked at by another company and the only thing that diagnosed was that my drain line needed to be drained and cleaned out nothing was wrong with the hard ware of the coils, air handler system or the outside unit. I figured it may have been the same problem. Called around to local multiple HVAC repair Co. And many places were booked and I would have to wait the next day, but by then my house would be probably leaking from the central return air vent. I am so thankful to God that this company was able to return my call as I was speaking with another company that was also booked up. All Brevard Air and Heat LLC got right on top booking me in, and was able to send a technician out within an hour. The technician Ray arrived promptly, was very professional, courteous and got to work immediately recognizing why the evaporator coil was leaking water. He was able to make some recommendations as he noticed the drain line connected to the air handler was missing a Tee piece which I had no idea what that was, but he recommended that Tee piece be added so that we can we can pour our monthly bleach or vinegar, and this also create like a vent that relieve positive air from the coil and he also cleaned the drain lines which got rid of all the gunk and come to find out some candy wrappers and straw covers came out of there -__-, got little ones that I have caught things down the kitchen drain. When he recommended that I was surprised this was never recommended by the other company from last year because we been pouring vinegar down the drain pipes that was capped by the a/c float switch this whole time. He was also able to set us up for our family recommended maintenance plan where they come out twice a year and do a full maintenance inspection considering our a/c is about 5 going in 6 years old. I appreciate all the knowledge and recommendation of this company. They complete the job with no delay, they were very efficient, knowledge and professional all the way and I would highly recommend them for all future A/C services...“ Show more
