I had an outstanding experience with Strong Roofing from start to finish. Ashley Davies was exceptional throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication, and follow-through were second to none. He made sure every detail was handled properly and personally ensured that everything was completed meticulously.

What impressed me most was the speed and efficiency. From the initial roof inspection to having a brand-new roof installed took only 7 days, which exceeded all of my expectations. The crew was punctual, professional, and left the property spotless when the job was finished.

There have been two times in my life I have dealt with a contractor and had zero issues.  This was one of them.  Absolutely flawless from start to finish. From my initial meeting with Greg, to the work crew, and even office staff, I could not be happier with their service or quality of work. They were professional, friendly, and went the extra mile.

When Greg came out to do the initial inspection and estimate, he found damaged shingles and a literal hole in my roof that had obviously been there for some time.  The damage was even visible on Google Earth’s satellite photo of my house but positioned in such a way that it was not visible from the ground.  He immediately asked if I had a tarp. I did and up he went to cover over the hole and damaged shingles without asking for a thing.  He then took the time to clearly explain my options and even encouraged me to get additional quotes. Greg you rock!!!!!

Needless to say, I ended up going with Strong Roofing.  I was very lucky to get Daniel as the on-site crew boss. He was always smiling, answered any questions I had, and from what I could tell did an excellent job managing his team.  Thanks Daniel!!!!  And throughout the process, Greg frequently stopped by to make sure all was going well.  Just great customer service.

So if you are considering a new roof, you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not give Strong Roofing a call.  Their service was stellar, price was excellent, and level of professionalism first rate.  Thanks everyone!!!...
