Let me start off with this. I don't write a reviews unless, you are exceptionaly good or exceptionaly bad. Everything in between, I expect.
This company without exception has been incredible from start to finish. Sam Begin was my representative for Priceless. And he was in contact with us throughout the process. The insurance company didn't want to pay. Sam assured me not to be concerned. He had an Attorney represent us to get my settlement from insurance. We did not have to lift a finger. As you can see in the pics, Everything was protected from debris. The scheduling was on spot. The roof was torn off and replaced the same day. I can't say enough about our experience with Sam and Priceless.
If we ever need any other work on our house. I will be calling Sam.
Thank you Sam and thank you Priceless Home Improvements!...

We are extremely pleased at how our roof came out. Our claim had been denied and Clayton Thomas was able to get our claim approved for a new metal roof.
The crew that came out were courteous and hard working and protected our yard from any debris. They cleaned up everything. We had nothing to do after they left except enjoy our beautiful new roof.
I got 6 quotes from other roofers; some were cheaper, but for the quality and workmanship of Priceless, they can't be beat. I highly recommend Priceless and Clayton Thomas....

We recently had our roof replaced by Priceless Home Improvements, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, Chris M was my main point of contact and helped guide me through the entire process. He made everything quick, easy, and completely painless, always taking the time to answer questions and keep us informed.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Jacob, the job site manager. I was especially thankful for the care he took protecting my beautiful flower bed throughout the project. That attention to detail meant so much to me.

The crew was professional, respectful, and hardworking. When the job was finished, there was absolutely no trace of materials left behind. They did an amazing job making sure all of the nails and debris were cleaned up thoroughly.

The final result is incredible — my house honestly looks brand new again. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely recommend Priceless Home Improvements to anyone needing a new roof!...

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Shannon Shields and his exceptional work on our home improvements.

After working with several companies that failed to follow through, Shannon’s outstanding communication and reliability have been refreshing. I am especially grateful for his attention to detail and his willingness to explore various possibilities to ensure the project matches our vision perfectly. It has been an incredible relief to work with someone so organized and dedicated to client satisfaction.

Thank you for addressing all of our concerns throughout this process. I look forward to seeing the final results and working with you on additional projects in the near future.

Best regards,

Wendy Theres...
