We recently had our roof replaced by Priceless Home Improvements, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, Chris M was my main point of contact and helped guide me through the entire process. He made everything quick, easy, and completely painless, always taking the time to answer questions and keep us informed. I also want to give a special shoutout to Jacob, the job site manager. I was especially thankful for the care he took protecting my beautiful flower bed throughout the project. That attention to detail meant so much to me. The crew was professional, respectful, and hardworking. When the job was finished, there was absolutely no trace of materials left behind. They did an amazing job making sure all of the nails and debris were cleaned up thoroughly. We are extremely pleased at how our roof came out. Our claim had been denied and Clayton Thomas was able to get our claim approved for a new metal roof. The crew that came out were courteous and hard working and protected our yard from any debris. They cleaned up everything. We had nothing to do after they left except enjoy our beautiful new roof. John Mena - Priceless Home Improvements Recently helped a desperate neighbor to repair her leaky roof. Apparently, much of the damage was due to the age of the roof and an inferior solar panel installation. I initially met John when he worked with Best Choice Roofing. He Assisted me with roof damage, incurred from a storm; then went the extra mile to make the whole process go smoothly. I knew my roof was getting old(nearly 20 years old), but when a hail storm went through our area, it was in inevitable that I would need a new roof. John and his associate thoroughly inspected my roof for damage, marked the areas with chalk, created a video to show me the extent of damage. He even helped initiate the insurance claim. I felt very fortunate to have John and BCR on my side during this process. They were instrumental and just what the doctor ordered when this home owner was going up against a Big insurance company. The claim was approved mostly through the hard work and effort of John Mena.
