Roof repair. Michelle had someone here the morning after my call. Bill did a very good job assessing and providing a temporary fix. The technicians, Rafael and Juan, worked quickly despite the summer heat and did an exceptional job Replacing a ridge vent and assessing, replacing, and fixing broken and cracked roof tiles. Final cost was reasonable. And Mary in the office was so helpful with multiple paperwork issues.

I decided to try Florida Southern Roofing after seeing several of my neighbors have the roof roofs replaced by them. I was very pleased. Thank you! Highly recommend....

Here at Villa Majorca in the Meadows we hired Florida Southern Roofing when it came time for us to replace our roof.
The entire project went along with little to NO issues. The workers and foreman were so efficient, organized and knowledgeable. The owners were also there checking in to make sure the project was going smoothly. Everyday before they left they cleaned up, never leaving trash , water bottles or packaging on the property. They were so courteous and kind to all the owners, always taking a moment if there were any questions. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and fair and they honored their contract completely.I will recommend them to anyone who is looking at either a replacement or repair. We had used them for years when we needed a roof repair so we knew the quality of their work was excellent. Do not hesitate to contact them for whatever your roof needs are....

We used Florida Southern Roofing for a new roof in 2005, and have never had a problem in the 21 years. We decided to put a new roof on recently to update the roof to possibly lower our home owner insurance. Chad was very helpful consulting with us on what we wanted and needed with a new roof. Misty was great at managing the entire project from start to finish, and Junior did a good job as supervisor of the crew. Everyone worked hard at doing a great job on the roof, and keeping us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend this company for any roofing needs....

I'm writing this review because I received such excellent repair services from Florida Southern Roofing for my recent roof leak. I especially want to commend three of their employees: Mary Dietch, Service Coordinator, for her prompt scheduling response to my urgent call and her professionalism in following up on the progress and completion of the repair; and the two roofers, Jose and Cesar, for their expertise, efficiency, and thorough clean up of the work area. Such attention to detail and concern for customer satisfaction is rare indeed. Thank you.
