Used Garrett plumbing for a leak under my kitchen sink. Response time was fast, tech came out and made sure his parking was okay and showed up clean and on time. While on site the technician made sure to walk me through every step and provided fair and honest pricing before moving on with the work. Once the repair was complete not only did he make sure to clean up the mess but also made sure to ask me if I wanted a whole home inspection as a preventative measure. Not happy with this company. We had a truck break pipes in our parking garage and they charged over $13,000 and they didn't bother cutting holes in the wall to find the leaks. They just took a hammer to the wall and made a huge mess causing us extra time and expense to make drywall repairs. Not only this but they didn't fix the leak the 1st time and had to return a 3rd time to fix the leak from their repair. We tried to support a local business but next time I'm just calling one of the big plumbing companies...

Jake was amazing! We had a pretty bad leak under our kitchen sink and he showed up in a timely manner and fixed the leak for us! Turns out it was a bad shut off valve and he fixed it for us quickly! He also fixed our toilet shut off valve as well...
