First, you will NOT deal with a pretty bubbly sell person whom never has worked in a roof and comes to your home to sell you a product or upgrade that you actually don’t need. Actually, Mr. Morgan himself the owner whom has been in roofing for a long time is the one that comes and does the roof inspection. He goes on your roof assess your problems, goes into your home if needed like he did mines and really takes the time to find what fits best to solve your roofing needs not his wallet. In other words, an honest yet knowledgeable professional that brings an input on what needs to be done not what needs to be sold! In my case, I had storm damage and many some other companies wanted to sell me a metal roof on a flat roof. Mr. Morgan explained why metal roof was not an option and provided me with an option that save me money yet provided me what my re-roof really needed in order to be efficient and effective for many years. He explained it as a pro from the builder aspect to the protection aspect which is the most important for any re roof and never once was he in a rush or pushy to get me to sign a contract. Secondly, Mr. Morgan is very punctual. I called some other companies some even did not call back or showed up to the appointment and did not even had the courtesy to call and reschedule. They few that did showed up as I briefly mentioned before sent a bubbly person that you can’t tell had no roofing experience just their to make a sell. However, with Mr. Morgan he arrived on time always. Additionally, when we agreed to do the work he himself kept me on notice with days ahead of time and informed of all steps. Thirdly, he went above and beyond with his crew. For example one day I brought some goods that were uncomfortable for me to bring down as I’m disabled and Mr. Morgan and his crew without me asking came down just to help me bring down the items from my SUV how nice is that? Forthright, even though I know nothing about roofing Morgan’s team work perfectly in harmony. They take pride on what they do and each member of the team is experienced. Nevertheless, they are constantly being supervised by their team leader and Mr. Morgan himself. Hey I guess that’s why we passed with flying colors the final inspection. I also want to mentioned that the team was constantly very careful with our pavers by placing boards to protect them, to cleaning up very nicely all materials used and keeping a consistent approach of communication of all steps they were going to do. Last but not least, pricing very reasonable and in todays crazy environment that materials are hard to find I was blessed that Mr. Morgan did not let that stopped him from meeting his goal of keeping his commitment with our roof. He found all materials and finished the job on time! In summary, we are truly blessed to have found Morgan Roofing and from a proud homeowner I truly recommend this so professional company...“ Show more
