Outstanding all around! Customer Rep who came to home was amazing. Team who did the work were professional, proficient and nice. They made sure the floor was protected, parking lot clean and project was perfect. Project Manager even stopped by mid job to check up on team and see if I had questions.  I know who I will be calling for my next project....

We'd been having a leak in our bathroom, so we went with Long Home. Everything was installed in one day. The installation crew was efficient, professional, quick, quiet, clean, and respectful. The Project Manager kept in contact with me before, during, and after. He also took care of my one issue (I wanted a curved shower rod instead of a straight one) quickly and at no additional cost.

We're very happy with our new bathtub/shower....

I am an established customer of Long Home and always pleased with their service.“Steve Smith did it again”. Last month I had the roof replaced from Long Home they did an excellent job. I needed the entrance door replaced but I thought it would have been too much to do it all at once. I requested an estimate to have an idea how much it would cost. Steve was able to pull off the best deal with a promo no payment/interest for six months. Please make sure you let Steve Smith know how much I appreciate his service(He is knowledgeable and equipped with great customer service skills). Long Home was well represented by the employees who did my projects from presentation to completion.

Justin was on time. I was late, he looked at the space with my husband and I got home right as they came out
We got down to business. He answered all of my questions and I liked the product and the procedure.
I had had 2 previous estimates, I am going to be honest, it was my 3 rd estimate and I had no intention of signing that night. But he was honest and didn't act like I didn't know anything, I asked a question he didn't know the answer to and he said that he didn't he would check on it and let me know.
The material choices were good and he helped me pick a floor that looked better than what I had chosen.
I liked the financial terms also.
He did not say when I leave this price goes away, which the others said and it irritated me.
So I signed...
