I have a relatively new (just before Ian) tile roof that I noticed recently had a few cracked tiles from the subsequent storms. I contacted the company that installed the roof, and they were willing to repair it for an outrageously high estimated cost. I contacted Shea Roofing and got a much more reasonable cost. Their team worked very diligently to find the matching tiles that I needed. Evan, the leader of the team that did the repair, was extraordinarily helpful. He worked very hard to ensure that the new tiles matched the existing tiles. Thanks also to Samantha who worked closely with me to set up the repair job and kept me in the loop as the project progressed. Had a great experience with Shea Roofing. I liked that they are local and the owner Evan came out to do the initial inspection himself. They are able to get our metal roof completely done in one day. He treated his crew great. Came out perfect. Got a big reduction in our Homeowners insurance too. They treated us like family through the whole process and his wife even gave us some local fish they had caught when they heard my elderly Mom loves to eat fish. Totally recommend...
