Had our flat roof repaired and a new TPO membrane system system installed by Shea Roofing in March 2026.  We are very pleased with the new roof that Shea Roofing installed.  The whole project went smoothly and was completed very efficiently.  From the initial inspection and quote preparation by Evan, permitting by Paula, and installation by the hard working crew, the project was seamless!  The installation crew even worked extra long days to beat the upcoming rains. I would highly recommend Shea Roofing for any roofing projects you have, they are competitively priced and very dependable.

Evan is very knowledgeable and looked for every possible issue that could be allowing water to get in through our roof. The solution was taken care of quickly, affordably, and professionally.  The office team were quick to provide the quote, communication was great, the roofing team took the utmost care of our property, even assuring the solar cleats and ventilation (not part of the contracted work) were sealed as well.  Top quality work, materials, and follow-up. I  can't recommend them highly enough....

100%  recommend Shea Roofing! After spending months researching roofing companies and trying to find the right one, I’m so glad I chose them.

From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. Paula kept me informed every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful project feel easy.

The entire crew was professional, polite, kind, and respectful of my property. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an incredible job with cleanup before, during, and after the project. You would hardly know they had been there except for my beautiful new roof!

Evan, the owner was absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Every request I had was handled without hesitation, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company.

I am very happy with the experience with Shea Roofing. From the first conversations with Evan and Paula I felt comfortable with there business approach. Professional, knowledgeable and down to earth.
Of course I was anxious through the entire roof replacement procedure. However, all my questions and issues during the procedure were quickly resolved, much to my satisfaction.
The work on the roof is top notch.
Pretty much a turn key operation. All permits, inspection and certifications taken care by Shea.
Very accommodating....
