The NextGen Aire experience was great and fast! My husband saw their Facebook ad last week Tuesday night and Cody, the owner, came to review our AC the following evening. As you can see from the before and after pics, we really needed Cody’s help! We received a quote, which we were very happy about, and scheduled a Friday appointment. The AC techs that came have a great work ethic. They came around 9am and finished around 2/2:30.

Again, I was really surprised at the quick turn-around and in this economy my husband and I are very pleased with Cody’s honest pricing. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to using NextGen Aire of SWFL’s services in the future....

Cody took time to answer my many questions. We met with about 10 different companies. We decided on Cody with NextGen Aire because of his attentiveness & his competitive pricing. Also, his extended labor & maintenance warranty was something most other companies were not offering. They installed our system today, & the installers were polite, professional & cleaned up everything. Very pleased with NextGen Aire!...

I had a great experience with NextGen Aire from start to finish. Cody came out personally to give the estimate and took the time to walk me through everything in a way that actually made sense. No pressure, no upselling—just straight, honest information about what I needed. What really stood out was that the price I saw advertised was exactly what I paid. No surprises, no last-minute add-ons.

The install itself went just as smooth. Jose and his helper showed up on time, were professional the entire time, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently and kept everything clean and organized throughout the job. By the time they were done, the place was honestly cleaner than when they started.

The system was up and running the same day, and everything has been working perfectly since. You can tell this company takes pride in their work and actually cares about doing the job right.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with the whole process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company....
