"Our roof was a 10 year old shingle roof that was looking rough even though it wasn’t that old. After a pretty good storm, we reached out to Ideal Home Solutions for a free inspection. After a thorough inspection, their representative said he thought our roof had quite a bit of damage, and advised us to put a claim in. The same representative came to the house when the insurance inspector came, and walked them through everything they saw. It was great to have someone advocating on our behalf. Sure enough, the insurance company approved a roof replacement. We opted to upgrade to a standing seam metal roof, so that we hopefully don’t end up in the same situation 10 years from now. They did a phenomenal job, and the roof looks amazing. The owner Eric kept in close contact with us to make sure that we were happy throughout the process and with the final product.
